01 — the walk

Three beats, then the outdoors

01

Hide

Sign in, pick a real park, and describe the vicinity. The referee inks a riddle. The pin stays off the card.

02

Hunt

This phone asks for riddles within 8 km. You see distance, never a pin. Then you look with your eyes.

03

Found

Photograph it under your account. The referee is strict and sometimes says no. A real match scores both of you.

Public ground, not a meetup

Dead Drop never introduces you to the other player and never arranges a meeting. You are looking for objects, not people. Hide things only in public places you are allowed to be. Never on a private doorstep. Never anything dangerous, perishable, or that you would mind a stranger picking up and putting back.

On the hosted demo, find-photos are sent to Google AI Studio so Gemma can referee them. The riddle never includes an address, a phone number, or coordinates. Hunt uses this device's location once, shows distance only, and does not store that reading. The stash coordinates stay on the server so nearby hunters can see the riddle.
